  • This will depend on your goals and what you have access to. If you want to train in a gym, we will build you a training plan that includes equipment available. If you want to train at home and have no equipment, we will design a plan you can do from home.

  • No! Although the coaching is delivered by world class instructors, it has been designed for the everyday golf member through to professionals looking to improve their game through golf related health and fitness classes and programmes.

  • Absolutely not! No contract. Cancel anytime.

  • All ages from Youth classes for Under 12’s to Senior classes for 65+ years old. We also have everything in between for various levels and abilities.
